Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Lucky Chip Rentals ("Lucky Chip Rentals" or "we") provides casino equipment rental services to its customers ("Customers" or "you"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Lucky Chip Rentals' services and the rental of its equipment. By using Lucky Chip Rentals' services or renting its equipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Rental Agreement

The rental agreement ("Rental Agreement") between Lucky Chip Rentals and you will be effective upon your acceptance of these Terms and the execution of a written rental agreement. The Rental Agreement will specify the terms and conditions of the rental, including the duration of the rental, the type and quantity of equipment rented, and the rental fee.

3. Equipment Rental

Lucky Chip Rentals will provide the equipment specified in the Rental Agreement to you for the duration of the rental. You agree to use the equipment solely for the purpose of the event or activity specified in the Rental Agreement and to return the equipment in the same condition as when it was rented, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the rental fee specified in the Rental Agreement, which will be due and payable upon the execution of the Rental Agreement. The rental fee will be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Lucky Chip Rentals.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the rental agreement more than 30 days prior to the start date of the rental, you will be entitled to a full refund of the rental fee. If you cancel the rental agreement less than 30 days prior to the start date of the rental, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the rental fee. If you cancel the rental agreement less than 14 days prior to the start date of the rental, you will not be entitled to a refund.

6. Liability

Lucky Chip Rentals will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the equipment, including but not limited to damage to the equipment, damage to property, or personal injury. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucky Chip Rentals against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the equipment.

7. Intellectual Property

Lucky Chip Rentals retains all intellectual property rights in and to the equipment, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute the equipment or any part thereof without the prior written consent of Lucky Chip Rentals.

8. Confidentiality

Lucky Chip Rentals will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by you in connection with the rental agreement, including but not limited to your personal and financial information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by Lucky Chip Rentals in connection with the rental agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State]. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
